ST. LOUIS (June 27, 2021) – Central States Water Resources (CSWR), one of the largest investor-owned water and wastewater utilities in the U.S., today announced that Aaron Silas has been promoted to Regulatory Case Manager.
Silas joined CSWR 18 months ago as a business analyst. Since then, he has helped direct the scaling of the company’s regulatory operations as CSWR has dramatically expanded its footprint into 10 states, continuing to create and strengthen relationships with regulatory staffs and state legal counsels.
“Aaron has been a remarkably important part of our team as we have grown rapidly across the U.S.,” said Josiah Cox, President and CEO of CSWR. “His ability to help us navigate the complexities of each state’s regulatory environment has been invaluable.”
During his tenure with CSWR, Silas has managed the company’s project portfolio, ensuring company-wide cohesion as CSWR acquires and improves distressed utilities around the country.

In his new role, Silas will principally focus on managing complex case work for the company’s regulatory efforts company-wide and reporting to CSWR Vice President Mike Duncan.
