SAINT LOUIS, MO (September 2, 2022) – Central States Water Resources (CSWR), one of the 12 largest investor-owned water and wastewater utilities in the United States, today announced that Hope Litzsinger joined as the company’s first Director of Human Resources.
Litzsinger will be located at CSWR’s corporate headquarters in St. Louis where she will support the continued growth of Central States Water Resources as the company enters more states and expands into new communities.
“Hope has worked closely with CSWR for nearly two years, so officially naming her as Director of Human Resources is a welcome formality. She’s been a fully invested, integral component in the building of our team during an accelerated growth period that shows no signs of slowing down,” said Marty Moore, CFO for Central States Water Resources. “The breadth of Hope’s professional experience and knowledge of all facets of human resource management is matched only by her commitment to our shared vision of serving customers with best practices and understanding the processes that impact our business. CSWR will benefit from her focus on delivering, and developing, exceptional and talented people.”
Litzsinger brings over twenty years of human resources and leadership experience to the role of Director of Human Resources at CSWR. She’s held a succession of senior roles including Corporate Trainer and Area Manager for national wellness and holistic company Relax the Back, and Regional Director for Mom365, the largest professional newborn photography company in the U.S. The last six years she’s served as Director of Client Services with Tai-Chi HR Consulting in St. Louis, where she provided outsourced HR services to CSWR.
“The caliber of people working at Central States Water Resources is truly exceptional,” said Litzsinger. “I’m looking forward to helping CSWR maximize their momentum by finding the best individuals to continue rounding out the team, while also focusing on creating value in the workspace – whether that’s at the St. Louis corporate headquarters or across ten states and counting. I’m excited to help drive the organization’s mission to bring safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible water to every community we serve. I’ve always felt inspired working with everyone at CSWR and I’m absolutely thrilled to officially become a part of the team. “
