May 3, 2022 - Water Conservation Request for Q Mountain, (PWS ID #AZ0415096)
An Important Update for Our Q Mountain Customers
We wanted to follow up on the status of the water system and are pleased to report that as of yesterday, we have restored to normal operating conditions.
We are in the process of bringing an additional well into service and are going to need to perform some testing over the next few days. This may require that we shut down the main well, during this testing phase, which would result in a short duration of a reduction of water levels maintained in the water storage tanks.
We would continue to appreciate your help and assistance as we work to bring on additional sources of water. You can help us by voluntarily reducing any unnecessary water usage and some examples are washing cars, outside watering, etc.
We will provide you with more updates once we complete the testing phase for the additional well.
In the meantime, we wanted to continue to assure you that your water is safe to drink and is in full compliance with all water quality regulations.
Thank you for your help and assistance while we work to ensure that you continue to receive safe and reliable water service. For more information click here.
If you have questions concerning this matter or would like to receive future notifications, you may contact Cactus State UOC Customer Support at 1-800-670-4869 or [email protected].
