Limestone Water Utility Operating Company is regulated by the Tennessee Public Utility Commission.
This information is being provided in accordance with PSC regulations. If you feel that we have not responded to your issue in a satisfactory manner, you have the right to request that the PSC review the unresolved issue.

Filing a Complaint with the Public Utility Commission
Limestone Water Utility Operating Company will work to resolve every problem as we investigate your complaint.
If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may file a complaint with the Tennessee Public Utility Commission.
We will not disconnect your service if you have a billing complaint pending before the Public Utility Commission as long as you pay the undisputed amount of your bill and continue to pay your regular monthly bills.

You will receive your utility bill in a monthly postcard format. Customer Support is available for questions about your bill or account status. Your account information is included on the bill postcard for reference.

- Use a credit card, debit card, or electronic bank payment; you may also set up auto-pay for monthly withdrawals from your bank account.
- Set up an on-line account by choosing “Create New Account” – enter your account number, your email address, and the code from your bill. Follow the prompts.
- To make a one-time on-line payment – choose “Pay Now,” enter your account number and the last name on your account. Follow the prompts.
